The Diploma Course in Special Education aims to develop professionals (special educators) which will enable pre-service teachers to acquire knowledge and skills to impart education to children with hearing impairment.
Admission to D.Ed.Spl. (HI) is open to candidates who have passed the 10+2 or equivalent examination in any stream with 50% marks from any recognized board (45% for SC/ST/PWD).
Admission shall be based on Entrance Exam conducted by Rehabilitation Council of India, New Delhi and as per eligibility norms prescribed by RCI from time to time.
