A human being is devoid of a joyous life if he suffers from any ailment. It may be a minor head-ache but he would certainly long for some immediate remedial measures that would be in doldrums unless he manages to wriggle out of the rut of this restlessness. Similarly if there is any mortal who is disables and dependent, existing in the society, it is the society’s duty to shoulder the onus of extending kind support and cooperation to the hapless and needy because happiness is contagious too. It spreads and engulfs everybody that comes in its wake.
Thus, it is the bound in duty of every citizen of the country to come to aid of such people and preach the universal message of brotherhood and kinship surpassing the boundaries of all sorts of prejudice.
All the human beings must have access to emergency and medical facilities. We cannot completely bank upon the government for the same, even the society needs to play a pivotal role in this regard.
